Wholesale

Wholesale operations shouldn't require a detective.

Turning a purchase order into revenue requires coordinating across distributors, retailers, 3PLs, brokers, and your own team. EasyOps is where those workflows come together.

Capabilities

What EasyOps does for wholesale.

🏪

KeHE and UNFI in one view

Both major natural/specialty distributors connected. POs, remittances, deductions, and compliance requirements from each are visible in the same workspace.

📈

From first PO to national distribution

Whether you're shipping your first KeHE order or managing 50 DCs, the platform scales with your wholesale operation. One brand went from zero to $1M in wholesale revenue in four months with a three-person team.

💵

Revenue recognition and forecasting

See open, committed, shipped, and settled POs in one view. Track what has been invoiced, what has been paid, and what has been deducted — the full PO-to-cash lifecycle.

🤝

Broker and 3PL coordination

Brokers, 3PLs, and carrier partners see the context they need on each PO without logging into your ERP. Communications are filed to the PO automatically.

Real scenarios

Before and after.

The DTC brand that launched wholesale without fumbling it

Before

A three-person DTC team launches into KeHE with no wholesale operations experience. They don't know what an ASN is, what a UDR requires, or that a $250 no-show fee exists.

With EasyOps

The team onboards onto the platform and learns the wholesale workflow through the system. They open KeHE, UNFI, and Target in sequence and reach $1M in wholesale revenue in four months — without hiring an ops specialist.

The remittance that arrived as a spaghetti bowl

Before

Remittance advice arrives from different retailers via portal, EDI, email, and fax. Each format is different. Reconciling takes hours every month.

With EasyOps

EasyOps ingests remittance data from each source, normalizes it, and matches each line to the PO and rule that governs it. Reconciliation is automated.

Frequently asked

Questions about wholesale.

Is EasyOps only for KeHE suppliers?+

No. EasyOps works with KeHE, UNFI, and direct retail relationships (Target, Walmart, Costco, and others). KeHE is the deepest integration today because the compliance and deduction structure is the most complex, but the platform is built for wholesale operations across distributors.

How much does it cost?+

Pricing is based on wholesale revenue, not per-seat. Up to 19 seats are included. The platform starts at $199/month for brands under $1M in wholesale revenue. Brands at $50-100M in wholesale revenue pay no more than $4,000/month.

Can I use EasyOps if I don't have an ERP?+

Yes. Some customers use Shopify as their order management system with no traditional ERP. EasyOps connects to whatever your source of truth is — Shopify, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or a custom system.

What about DSD distributors?+

EasyOps supports DSD (direct-store-delivery) distributors as well as traditional brands shipping through KeHE/UNFI DCs. The workflow is customized to the DSD model where the distributor generates the EDI and manages in-store inventory.
